Team Updates!

Hello everyone! I'd like to take this opportunity to update everyone on the team's status and to say Thank You to everyone that has helped us out.

As of today we have 12 members signed up to walk the day of the race (I'm excluding last names, because some people might not want that info on the internet). They are:

We have had several other people say that they are planning to register for the race. If this is you, we need you to register ASAP!! The team deadline is Sept. 18th, but we may need to get the shirt order in earlier than that. Please remember to designate our team when you register so we'll know you're participating. If you're filling out a paper application, please forward to myself or any other family member.

I just checked the Komen website and we're currently 5th in fundraising in Charlotte with $770. Congratulations! Thank you to all of our donors.

We have two other donors that are assisting with the printing of the shirts-we'll annouce them soon.

I'd like to welcome the Charlotte Tri Sigma Alumnae to our group! They have agreed to walk as part of our team! We hope to see you all there on race day!

I'd like to thank everyone on behalf of the Davis and DeBerry families for all of your thoughts, prayers, donations, and help in our effort. Mike and I really appreciate it. We couldn't do it on our own.
